Entry #022: Manipogo

© Jesstin Jacobs

  • Approximately 44 feet long

  • Given the size of the creature, it is probably a descendent of the elasmosaurus (largest known member of the plesiosaur family)

  • Most likely descended from a group that made its way up into Canada when much of the continent was still covered by the Western Interior Seaway

  • Surprisingly docile

  • Subsists on a diet of small fish and bottom-feeders

  • Probably a single, unique, individual
